About the Transforming School Culture Workshops
If we believe that learning is a consequence of thinking, we must make thinking routine in our classrooms. But how do we do this? How do we teach our students to think? The answer is through the culture we create with and for them. In this series of workshops, we will explore how you can shape the culture of your classrooms. We work with leadership teams and teaching teams to first understand the culture that already exists and how it is shaped. With an understanding of the forces already at play, we begin to explore how we can use these to reshape our classroom culture and achieve our goals. Workshops are interactive, explorative and empowering. Building on the work of Ron Ritchhart and our experience implementing these ideas into schools, we work with you to deliver an experience for your staff that has a long-term transformative impact.

We work with you and your team to discover the narrative of your curriculum; the story or learning that will engage and inspire your learners. When you work with us to transform you curriculum you will focus on the learning that matters most, create more time for deep-learning and bring clarity to the design of learning opportunities. Our curriculum workshops are hands-on, collaborative and empowering.
About the Curriculum Mapping Workshop
This workshop brings flow to your curriculum planning and prioritises deep learning. By taking a holistic view of the many curriculum pieces and weaving them into a story, we design together a curriculum that you will love to teach and that your students will gain the most from. This workshop builds on our experience of developing curriculum maps that give time back for what matters by exploiting the natural cross-curriculum links which are too often missed. Empowered by hexagonal thinking and using tools to make the process of curriculum mapping visual and concrete, these workshops are collaborative and participatory.
